The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and proper team coordination. This role includes supervising outlet staff, managing shift operations, handling customer feedback, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring cleanliness and operational standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic knowledge of inventory, cash handling, and daily outlet operations is an advantage

The Kitchen Crew is responsible for food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are consistently followed. The role also includes assisting with kitchen operations and supporting the team during daily service hours.

Requirements:

  • Prior kitchen experience is an advantage
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
  • Good teamwork and positive attitude
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

The Service Crew is responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness of the dining area and supporting overall outlet operations.
